Special Parent Series: Episode 218 - “Joseph”
For the entire month of May, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Joanna is bringing you a special parent series, where she interviews parents whose children have overcome a variety of mental health challenges. Today, Joanna sits down with Joseph as he recounts the story of his son. Around freshman year, Joseph’s son started making less than ideal decisions with the use of a vape pen and slipping grades. By sophomore year, he had become more reckless and was getting in frequent trouble leading up to him dropping out of school all together. Joseph reports that his son is now back on track and doing better than ever. He shares the highs and lows that got their family to where they are today.
