Former Participant Series - Episode 249: The Impact of Unconditional Love with Christopher Bennett

September 17, 2024 Joanna Lilley, MA, NCC Season 3 Episode 249

In this Former Participant Series, Joanna interviews previously troubled teens and young adults who underwent a treatment program. On today’s episode, Joanna welcomes Christopher Bennett, a 15-year behavioral health entrepreneur and investor. Christopher’s story has significant twists and turns and he admits that he didn’t initially desire working in his current career field. Now 16 years sober, Christopher is dedicated to serving those individuals with substance abuse and mental health struggles similar to what he experienced as a child and adolescent.

NOTE: The podcasts in this series can include sensitive subjects such as suicide, self-harm, substance abuse, hospitalizations, psychotic episodes, and other traumatic experiences which include parts of the treatment journey. No topic is off limits and not all stories are positive but they are real, raw, and transparent.
